The server is being a pain in the ass, though. We've got everything running so far EXCEPT we can't get people to be able to connect to it who aren't on the router the server is connected to. Port forwarding hasn't worked and we don't know what we're doing wrong, except it's something to do with how we've set up the router to forward ports.
