Internet is STILL crashing

Even after having a technician coming and not finding a problem with it. It's also apparently happening with my computer only now. I just seriously need to get a new computer because my current one is shit. Then when I tell my mom that I need to consider saving up for a new one she gets mad and tells me that it's only 2-3 years old. But technically computers get outdated really quickly and there's also the fact that my laptop was a piece of shit since day one. Why the fuck should it matter to her if I need to get a new computer if I'm the one that has to pay for it? I'm just getting fed up with getting yelled at when I'm trying to figure out and attempt to fix the problem.

Steal a new computer instead. It will be 100% cheaper and it can be any model you want!*
